Additional bed
For an extra bed in the room, for guests born in the year 2000 or later, we charge €110.00 per day including breakfast buffet.
Rates room / breakfast
A rich breakfast is included with most of the arrangements. With our Dine-Around-Package you will additionally be able to enjoy your dinner every evening in one of our four restaurants. You decide where you want to eat. For your children we offer full board with the Little Hospiz-Package.
Hospiz-Dine-Around
- 5 course set meal at the Hotel Restaurant or
- a traditional Austrian set meal at the "Tyrolean Restaurant" or
- 3 course gourmet set menu at the Gault Millau toque award winning à-la-carte restaurant Skiclub Stube or
- 3 course set meal at the Hospiz Alm Chalet
This package can only be booked for your entire stay. For €50.00 per person and day you can choose where you want to have your dinner.
The 5-star hotel on the Arlberg offers children's full board with the Little Hospiz-Package. The children will have lunch as well as dinner at the Little Hospiz Children's Paradise. One drink is included with every meal.
Dress Code
The dinner in the restaurant and in the parlours is always a festive event. We would kindly ask you to dress smart casually. For the gala evenings men should wear jackets. Please do not wear t-shirts or shorts for dinner. Thank you!
Pets are welcome at the Hospiz
Dogs: €40.00 (per animal/day without food)
Cats and other pets: €25.00 (per animal/day without food), one-time special room cleaning: €150.00
We would like to inform you that due to hygienic reasons it is not allowed to take your beloved pet to the restaurant or the Hospiz Sport + Spa. Thank you for your understanding!
Parking facilities:
Additionally to our outdoor car park we also offer our guests an indoor park facility for €16.00 per day. Please make a reservation for an indoor parking space with your booking.
Hospiz shuttle
In order to ski in the entire Arlberg region you can benefit from a free shuttle service to the Zürs/Lech ski area (daily except Mondays). 9.30am and 10.30am to Zürs and 3.30pm and 4.30pm back to the hotel. Revellers can take the shuttle to Zürs at 10.00pm and back at 2.30am. Please make a reservation for the shuttle service on the day before or earlier!
Hospiz ski group
In cooperation with the Ski School Arlberg we offer you exclusive group ski courses under the supervision of the hotel's own two ski instructors. One tour guide spirits you away to an adventure in the powder snow while the other will conquer the groomed ski pistes with you. This offer is available at €50.00 per day. Please book your ski guide previous to your arrival at our front desk or at our reservation department!
Our tours on-piste and off-piste
The programme will be announced on the day before, because we consider the latest weather and avalanche conditions when choosing the best and safest routes. Reservations can be made up to 10pm the day before at the reception.

Hospiz bonus
From a stay of a minimum of 1 week you are entitled to a discount of 5% on your room price, 10% from a stay of 10 days (exceptions are Hospiz Week Packages, New Year, Carnival/Half Term Week and children enjoying the Little Hospiz Package)

Deposit
We ask for a definite booking deposit of 50% per room and package! (100% with the early booking bonus).
Cancellation fee
- In case of early departure in the package weeks: no refund
- Cancellation up to 30 days before agreed arrival: 0%
- In case of cancellation until 15 days before agreed arrival: 50%
- In case of cancellation until 8 days before agreed arrival: 70%
- For cancellations from 7 days until the day of scheduled arrival: 90%
- No show without cancellation: 100%

Travel cancellation insurance
At a reasonable price (only 2.7% or 3.95% of your total lodging), we offer a travel cancellation insurance as part of the Europ. Travel Insurance. If you have to cancel your holiday for not-defined reasons, you can take benefit of the insurance.
Little Hospiz & Babysitting
Our Little Hospiz kindergarten is open daily from 9.00am to 9.00pm (except Sundays): experienced and bilingual kindergarteners take care of your children from the age of 3 years to 12 years. At lunch and dinnertime we prepare special children's meals for your offspring. You can make a reservation for a babysitter when booking your room.
The rates: €13.00 to €16.00 per hour.
