Born in 1966, artist Florian Werner followed the classic career of a successful hotelier. His CV is marked with work experience at the world's top hotels and restaurants. In 1993 he returned to his parental hotel business in St. Christoph on the Arlberg.

During a trip to Mallorca, Florian Werner decided he wanted to follow his passion for art on a professional level. His first sales and auctions of art work took place in 2007. At the same time the passionate art collector laid the foundation for an extensive private art collection.

Subsequently the Hospiz Gallery St. Christoph in the premises of the Arlberg Hospiz Hotel opened in 2008. Only a little later he opened the Hospiz Gallery Bregenz. The Hospiz Centre For Arts provides a forum for exchange and a constant creative inspiration.
