Visit the cosy restaurant in St. Christoph
Enter a world of culinary indulgence at 1,800 metres above sea level: the Arlberg Hospiz Skiclub Stube Parlor.
In the winter of 1900/01 the pioneers of Austrian winter sports got to the former hospice on skis for the first time. Indulging in wine and hearty food they founded the most famous ski club in the world: the Ski Club Arlberg.
Where the first chapter of the long story of Austrian winter sports was opened long ago, head chef Thorsten Kissau writes culinary history. With two Gault Millau toques award and plenty of ideas in the bag the young chef now works at the Arlberg Hospiz Hotel’s award winning restaurants. Mediterranean delicacies and traditional Austrian food, refreshingly re-interpreted by Thorsten Kissau, are served at the à-la-carte restaurant.
Arlberg Hospiz Skiclub Stube Parlor
Thorsten Kissau’s exquisite cuisine is complemented by Adi Werner’s wide assortment of excellent wines – probably the largest private collection of Bordeaux and Burgundy wines in large bottles in the world. The extensive offer of wines is presented in our wine list.
