Two generous levels are dedicated to recovery and relaxation at the Arlberg Hospiz Hotel. On the lower level of the spa, you will discover 400 square meters of a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, and a steam room.

Finnish sauna

The classic Finnish sauna reaches a temperature of up to 100 °C and with very low humidity.

Bio sauna

Slight warmth and high humidity make the bio sauna a lighter, but nevertheless effective variation on the classical sauna.

Steam room

At 50 °C and with a humidity of more than 80 % in the steam room, your airways will breathe a sigh of relief.

After properly warmed up in the sauna or the steam room, use the offer of a refreshing Kneipp foot path and the opportunity to cool yourself in the open in the snow. A swim in the pool is also beneficially refreshing. At the end of each visit to the sauna, treat your body to the necessary resting phase and relax for 15 to 30 minutes on the upholstered couches.

Sauna opening times

In nice weather, the sauna is open from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.; in poor weather the sauna opens at 11:00 a.m.
