Restaurant on the ski slopes
Enter a world of culinary indulgence at 5,906ft above sea level: the Skiclub Stube Parlor.
In the winter of 1900/01 the pioneers of Austrian winter sports got to the former hospice on skis for the first time. Indulging in wine and hearty food they founded the most famous ski club in the world: the Ski Club Arlberg.
Where the first chapter of the long story of Austrian winter sports was opened long ago, head chef Mathias Seidel writes culinary history. With one Gault Millau toques award and plenty of ideas in the bag the young chef now works at the Arlberg Hospiz Hotel’s award winning restaurants. Mediterranean delicacies and traditional Austrian food, refreshingly re-interpreted by Mathias Seidel, are served at the à-la-carte restaurant. Take a look into the menu.
Mathias Seidel’s exquisite cuisine is complemented by Adi Werner’s wide assortment of excellent wines – probably the largest private collection of Bordeaux and Burgundy wines in large bottles in the world. The extensive offer of wines is presented in our wine list.
Award winning restaurant on the Arlberg
A sign of excellence: one toque award, the Five Star Diamond Award, exquisite wines and an award winning restaurant on the Arlberg, where winter sport history was written.
